Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Order Cancellation by Yowww:
  • If your order is canceled due to unavailability of items or inability to deliver.


• Incorrect or Damaged Orders:
  • If you receive an incorrect item or the order arrives in a damaged or unacceptable condition. Evidence (such as photos) may be required to process the refund.


• Non-Delivery of Order:
  • If the order is not delivered due to a failure on our part or our delivery partner's part.

Conditions for Refund Processing

• Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order or experiencing an issue.
• Orders canceled by the user before preparation begins are eligible for a full refund. Orders canceled after preparation starts may not qualify for a refund.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed in the form of:

• Original Payment Mode: Amount will be credited back to the payment source (e.g., credit card, bank account) within 7-10 business days.
• Yowww Wallet Credits or Refund Coupons: These can be used for future purchases and will be credited within 24 hours.

Non-Refundable Situations

• If the customer is unavailable or fails to accept the delivery.
• If the order was delivered accurately and within the promised time frame but is no longer wanted.
• If the refund request is made outside the specified time frame (24 hours).

Refund Coupons

• Refund coupons issued as part of a resolution will have a specific validity period.
• Once expired, refund coupons cannot be reissued, extended, or reactivated.
